From the Koh Kong–Thai border, you can travel by boat, shared van, or private taxi. Once in Sihanoukville, ask your taxi driver to bring you to either Sokha Beach, or take a moto-taxi from the port to the guesthouse.
From Phnom Penh, ask your guesthouse or hotel about bus tickets, or request a private taxi to Sihanoukville.
From Siem Reap, buses, a long speedboat ride, and private taxis are available to Phnom Penh. If flying from Siem Reap to Pochentong Airport in PP, most often your hotel in SR or the taxi service at the Pochentong Airport can arrange a taxi to bring you to the beach.
